These terms cover your use of the Givana pre-launch website and waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a contract, a purchase, or a guarantee of access or pricing.
We may invite waitlist members to the product in stages, and we may change or discontinue the pre-launch programme at any time.
Please provide an email address you control, and don't submit anyone else's details without their permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to submit unlawful, abusive, or automated/bulk submissions, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We use anti-spam measures and may remove entries that appear fraudulent.

Intellectual property

The Givana name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Givana. You may not reproduce them without permission.

No warranty

This pre-launch site is provided “as is”, without warranties. Features described here are planned and may change before launch.
