This policy explains how Givana handles the personal information you give us when you join our pre-launch waitlist or opt in to our newsletter.

What we collect

Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form.
Whether you opted in to the newsletter, and the date and time you did so (as proof of consent).
Basic technical data needed for security and spam prevention (a hashed form of your IP address and your browser type).

How we use it

To add you to the waitlist and email you a confirmation link.
To notify you about early access and launch — this is the only email we send unless you opt in to the newsletter.
If you opt in, to send occasional product updates and launch news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We use Resend as our email provider to deliver confirmation and newsletter emails. Your email address is processed by Resend solely for that purpose. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Unconfirmed entries are removed automatically after they expire. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw newsletter consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
